Our drone and camera pole surveys ensure that those areas we find frustrating to inspect are indeed inspected. Our director, George, was frequently disappointed when working at corporate firms to state that the chimney or roof needs further investigation by another professional, due to limited views from ground level. This does not do much in helping clients when it comes to very expensive elements of a property, which are exposed to all weather conditions and often neglected for many years on end.
Our high specification equipment allows us to photograph and video such areas, including defective guttering, to ensure you have an allowance for repair or replacement costs for either your current property or prior to purchasing your next!
As per our terms of engagement that you will receive and sign, we note that we use such equipment on top of our Level 2 and Level 3 surveys at no charge, providing there is a need to use such equipment and it is reasonably safe to do so.
We do however offer drone and camera pole surveys as a stand-alone survey, should you need this in instances such as where other firms have been unable to make comment from a ground-level inspection, or you simply want to assess the condition of certain areas of your current or future property.
If issues such as severe weather prevent such equipment being used, we will rebook the survey at no cost to you.
